Privacy policy

Information you provide

We store your email, account identifier, names and preferences to create and manage your account. If you enable Creator Mode, we store the profile, event details, photos, media links and other content you submit. We also store saved creators, follows, inquiries, referrals, reports and blocked-user preferences. Neighborhood preferences and event venue addresses are entered by you; the app does not request device GPS location.

Authentication and technical information

We use one-time email codes and session tokens to authenticate you. Session records may include an IP address and device/browser user-agent. Rate-limit records help prevent abuse. Your device stores authentication tokens and cached app/update data. Hosting and update providers process network and device information needed to serve the app and deliver updates.

What is public

Published creator profiles, events, uploaded artwork, media links and information you include in them are publicly accessible. Your sign-in email and account preferences are not displayed as public profile fields. An inquiry shares the sender’s name, email and message with the recipient. Do not include sensitive information in public content.

Service providers and AI tools

We use hosting/storage infrastructure, Twilio for sign-in email delivery, and Expo services for native builds and app updates. When you choose an AI event import or artwork tool on the website, the submitted link, flyer, event details or image may be sent to OpenAI for that request. Do not upload private information or content you do not have permission to use. External websites, ticket providers and video services have their own privacy policies.

Use and sharing

We use information to operate the app, deliver email codes, display your published work, manage interactions, respond to support and moderate abuse. The current app does not use advertising tracking or sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when necessary to comply with law, protect safety or operate the service with our providers.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can edit your information in Settings and your creator content in Creator Studio. Account deletion in Settings removes account records, sessions, profiles, events, uploads, saved creators, follows, inquiries and related referral/report records. Uploaded files are queued for removal; if storage is temporarily unavailable, cleanup is retried. Existing copies or cached content held by other people, external services or infrastructure providers cannot always be immediately removed. Provider security logs or backups may remain under their retention practices.

Your choices

You may choose not to publish a creator profile, decline photo access, block creators, request correction or deletion, or contact us about your data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
