Contact Ben Weisman at ben@flowwise.pro for account help, privacy requests, or safety concerns. Include the creator or event link and a description of the problem. Never send your sign-in code.

Signing in

Enter your email and use the newest six-digit code. Codes expire after five minutes. Check your spam folder and wait for the resend timer before requesting another code.

Report or block

Open a creator or event and choose Report. Choose Block creator to hide their profile and events and prevent inquiries and follows between you. Manage blocked creators in Account settings. For urgent concerns or problems signing in, email support.

Delete your account

Open Account → Account settings → Privacy & safety → Delete account. Confirm with a fresh email code. This permanently removes your account, profile, events, uploads, saved creators, follows and inquiries. If you cannot access your account, email support; we will need to verify ownership before deletion.
